Overview

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, North America, the Marketing Manager- US Consumer and Retail Channel will 1.) lead development and execution of consumer marketing strategies and program, and 2.) partner with the US Channel sales team to develop and execute retail marketing programs and promotional plans to drive growth across all LifeScan US cash/retail accounts.  

  • Consumer marketing activities include: program strategy, development and execution across CRM, programmatic display, social media, search, packaging graphics development and launch, pricing implementation, data analytics and reporting.
  • Retail / Channel activities include: price promotion support, shopper marketing and independent pharmacy programs.

  • Retail/Shopper marketing – retailer landscape and in-store dynamics; shopper insights; marketing tactics and messaging best practices; program development and execution lifecycle
  • Business analytics; ability to synthesize data and take it to action

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing; Master’s degree a plus
  • 5+ years consumer marketing experience (CPG/consumer goods experience preferred)
  • Previous partnership with Sales teams and/or shopper marketing experience
  • Preferred: HCP/ Consumer/ Pharma OTC & Medical device experience or other regulated industry

Pay Range

USD $115,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.
